Say what you will about the company, but the actual experience I had at this location was very good. Sol went the extra mile to understand my issue and get me new hardware.

Xfinity is annoying to deal with and after the run around on the phone I went to this store and actually got the help I needed from someone who genuinely seemed to care about my issue. Good people working here. Should have skipped the call center and just gone straight here in the first place.

Only reason Im giving 2 starts instead of 1 is because we did get one step further in the process of our nightmare however we have come into the store several times since January and been on the phone several times, trying to clear up our account and turn in a phone but we keep getting the run around from both sides of the company saying we need to contact the other, when yesterday we were told that theres no history of any communication weve had with the company regarding this matter. An employee was able to help get us two pieces of information to hopefully help close the gap (we are still going back and forth, nothing was solved) but their professionalism was less than. When asking the employee how it was possible that theres no history of our communication and we wanted to speak to a manager, an employee yelled across the store that he was the manager and then left the help of one customer in the middle of it to help us because the lady that was helping us was new and couldnt answer any of our questions. He then proceeded to yell at me demanding that I say his name correctly, when I mispronounced it while asking how to pronounce it, Sol has a few pronunciation which is why I was asking. During our conversation the neighboring kiosk guest started chiming into our convo the manager helping us proceeded to scream in the store ladies and gentlemen Im trying to concentrate, be quiet so all in all DO NOT USE XFINITY OR GO TO THIS LOCATION IT IS A COMPLETE SCAM and their employees will literally raise their voice and yell at you as service without solving your problem.

Well I'm happily elated to be back w Xfinity.
they just gave me a FREE brand new pixel.
I've lost soo many phones and this means everything to me! I'm gonna hold on to it like my life depends on it
Ask for Ramonhe is exceptional!!!!
