If you are Hispanic, your English is not perfect, and have disability please dont go to her. Unfortunately because we told Cindy and Molly we felt discriminated since they were making it difficult to cancel our auto insurance. Molly called my husband and talked to him, she was supposed to send some forms to cancel the auto insurance. After speaking to my husband she called me and told me that our auto insurance was going to go up even tho my husband had mention he wanted to cancel. Molly said that they were going to add a person in our account because their system check with DMV and said that my cousin was living with me. I explain to her that my cousin had moved out and he was no longer living with me. She said, she can send a form that I had to sign saying that my cousin is not living with me. Molly did send the form, but she didnt send the forms to cancel the auto insurance. When my husband got home that day, I told him our auto insurance was going go up. He told me that he had talked to Molly and told her he was going to cancel the car insurance. Few days afterwards Molly had the audacity to call me, and tell me if the form is not retuned by the 20 the auto insurance would go up to $1000. I called and I talked I finally talked to molly and told her you knew all along my husband said he wanted to cancel the car insurance. He told you that and you came back around and call me. I told her, is not ok for you guys to take advantage of people and think you can do whatever you want. Cindy unfortunately because I do feel we were discriminated because we didnt want them to keep raising our prices and taking advantage of us. We mention that to Cindy she said we are sorry you feel that way Jennie and she asked me to remove my all the other accounts that I have with farmers. I was surprise that she would do that but she was retaliating for saying what they were doing to us.
