These people are cons they charge you six thousand to move in and after lie to keep your full deposit. Place only looks nice but everything in it is cheap. Like cheap paint. Cheap fake wood floors and cheap vinyl. Use fridge, dishwasher. Kay Dillon rips off the government when she tell you how much to move in she after say if you cant afford it just call human solutions or sei speak to a woman or guy name such and such they pay it all for you. In a year and half she has made 18000 just in deposits currently renting again so last tenant didnt last six months. She she charges 1995 for one side duplex. She sneaks around, looks in your mail box see if extra people stay with you, her own inspections, she will lie to the end about everything. Her husband very aggressive jump in my face to hit me, cussing in front of my child wouldnt stop ot leave as i ask over ten times. Kay treats you like a kid, down talk you. Her husband is only a license contractor does all her work for her and still only do half job. They are evil will give you nothing but hell. Drugs house next door traffic all day and night but especially night people also knock at your door thinking its the drug house, very scary of the users or also blowing up in fire from meth they sale and use. They are all about the money they will fight you to the end but with all lies. EXAMPLE: Kay Dillon diagnose have cancer in 2017 went though surgeries, procedures i think she now in remission still has her hair, teeth, lost little weight. She said she mad and angry. Cant believe of all people happen to her. She never smoke a cigarette in life so why her. Maybe she should be appreciative be where she at now but im not just still angry, mad. I never heard a living person after fighting cancer not being appreciative, looking at life different, changing for the best. How im not surprise she feels that way because they are nasty, evil, scary landlords her and her husband Jim Dillon. When you do wrong, lie, take from the poor or rich, use the system karma is real it comes back to you in all ways. This lady and her husband never would fix the heaters they all are broken. They produce so much hot air the fans couldnt keep up speed and cause damage to the walls she lie and said i had candles burning around whole house. Only had one candle burn at a time. License electrician said he surprise duplex never caught on fire to never turn them back on their hazardous, cause damage smoke. What is damage smoke? Broken use fridge always leaking kept using towels to wipe up much water on ground her husband after so long came to fix it only for later more water on ground then ever before asking many times to get a professional come repair they decline. After her husband jump in my face in front of my son, cussing, calling me out my name, threaten me get out, having 90 days be out i was terrified of her husband i call police on him they left everyday i thought he come back hurt me, family. His wife couldnt even stop him he yank his hands from her as she ask him to stop, me and my kids were terrified everyday after. I live their only one year she charge me 5200 in damages. Do not rent from these people you will regret it forever. No lie. I gave one star only because u cant do negative 0..no stars -0.
