Great little shop, cute/fun selection. Can we maybe not punish small local businesses in reviews for not being able to maintain predictable hours during COVID?

Drove from Vancouver on my Birthday specifically to check out this store. I brought my 5 year old daughter and she was so excited to get to come with me. Not only were they not open at 4:30 when it said they were open until 6, it was Feb. 16th and they had a Fed Ex notice on their door from Feb. 14th. Which tells me they also werent open at all on the 15th When their hours are 11-6. Wish I had read the reviews saying this was common. This seems very inconsiderate to their customers, I will not be attempting to shop here again.
