I've been working with Madison K. on interior design and she is AMAZING. It's been the best experience I've had (by far) working with any brand on furnishing our house. She's super knowledgeable, efficient, and patient. Everything she's helped me select so far I have absolutely loved.

RH Portland | The Gallery in the Historic Alphabet District has four levels of interior and exterior innovative artistic installations of home furnishings in a gallery setting, showcasing interiors and modern as well as outdoor furniture that can inspire the design process of your choice.
When you first walk in, you are amazed at how beautiful the first floor is. The rooftop is beautiful as well, with installed fountains and plenty of outdoor seating. With a nice view of the city, it gives you inspiration for the outdoor design of your house. I did not want to walk back down all those stairs, so I took the elevator down.
With great products, and design comes a great cost ($$$$)-($$$$$). This place is mostly catered for the upper class, but nothing is stopping you from coming in and having to look around and get some inspiration. Maybe sneak in a photo shoot lol.

BEWARE OF PREDATORY AUTORENEW ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP FEE. I was charged for 7 years for a $200 annual fee. I did not realize I was being charged annually. Planned to buy furniture for my living room and asked that I be given the membership rate subsequent to it being closed after 7 years (my credit card was probably closed and RH no longer able to charge). Rohana the manager at the Portland store refused this very simple request after being charged $200 for 7 years. She obviously is being told by corporate to be very strict and said always believes in doing the right thing. I asked if she believes doing the right thing is charging a consumer for 7 years a $200 membership fee ($1400) they never used and then not making an exception to allow them to get that rate after paying for 7 years. Such garbage, will never use RH in the future.
