We had several customers ship with Koho Expeditors and end up with mediocre results:
- Unresponsive operations team. Sometimes Koho takes 2 weeks to respond.
- Charges accessorial fees but don't provide the actual breakdowns half the time.
- Accepts your loads but frequently miss their pickups.
- Their service reps rarely answer your calls.
5 stars - 4 = 1 star.
In short, it feels like their service stops once they take your money. 😡

We had a load that needed a reefer and a tanker endorsement, which narrows availability quite a bit. Our first scheduled pick up ghosted us, couldn't find the trucker anywhere, so I started looking for another carrier. I sent out several emails. It was a tough load to cover but I found a few options. I ended up going with Fleet w/Gaby Gryko. She promised if a truck we had booked via them ever ghosted us they wouldn't just let it go, they would keep fighting to get another one. I felt pretty good about it so I booked with her. The load was supposed to be picked up on 1/14/20 between 2-3 pm. I emailed both Gaby and Miles when I got in the office to confirm we were still a go. An hour later I had no response, so I emailed them both again. Forty-five minutes later no response. Getting nervous, I looked up the phone # and called and guess who answers the phone? Gaby. She proceeded to tell me she saw my email but was waiting for Miles to come in and asked if she could call back in five minutes. I agreed, figuring I could call again if needed. When she called back it was to tell me she had bad news and the truck had fallen through. She then said "I called like 150 truckers yesterday afternoon and had no takers." I responded with, "You knew yesterday that the truck wasn't picking up and you didn't notify me?" To which she said, "Oh, no. I found out this morning." This just does not add up to me, she didn't call 150 truckers that morning and even if she had started calling, why was I not notified? I make sure EVERY broker/trucking company knows that a lot of our shipments are time sensitive (which this one was) and our growers need them at specific times. Gaby knew this and that it was important that load went out, but she tried doing what the last one had done and "ghosted" me making me have to hunt her down myself. Had she notified me as soon as she knew I could have started looking sooner. Not a very good impression and we will not be trusting our loads to Fleet again. I give 2 stars because though she is untrustworthy, Gaby was nice. Dec 2nd, 2019

A great value and company! Easy to use quoting platform and excellent customer service which went above and beyond what you receive from your usual logistics service providers. Cole and Brandon are outstanding customer service representatives and do a superb job of handling my company's account. Their pricing is extremely competitive for FCL/LCL, FTL, LTL, and Air Freight. When there are issues that arise, which in logistics is simply unavoidable, they are proactive in their communication and work to mitigate any and all problems by crafting unique solutions. One example I can provide; we had a container roll due to the fault of the steamship line that resulted in extended transit time. Fleet worked with our team, the steamship line, the rail company, and drayage provider to have the container pulled early upon arrival and expedited the delivery to our warehouse. Additionally, they covered the cost of our detention as well. I ask, where else do you receive service in today's freight industry like that? If you are looking for a company to move freight, I strongly encourage you to give Fleet an opportunity to make you as satisfied as we are! Jun 14th, 2019

Where do I begin....well lets start by saying that with all the companies I deal with in this industry that Fleet is by far the easiest, hassle free, and most importantly they are run with integrity and ethics. In this business you will run into and deal with companies that could care less about your business and are just looking out for themselves but Fleet actually understands that building good long lasting relationships is the key to longevity and getting good service. I have written one other google review in my life besides this one so for me to get on here and do this is a testament to how impressed I am with Fleet. If you are considering doing business with them you will not be disappointed. They are realistic with their pricing and understand the markets. They do their homework daily so they can always provide fair pricing along with the excellent freight they offer. I strongly encourage anyone who is in this industry to work with Fleet. PERIOD.
