I have no words to explain. The worst flower arrangement I have ever seen by a supposed florist. Arrived late to wrong business. Found the next morning. Wrong vase,wrong ribbon, hardly any flowers. Surrounded by a bunch of huge green leaves. A five year old could have done better.

I received flowers from a friend and, though we send photos to each other of the arrangements we receive, I was too embarrassed to send her a photo. I felt terrible she had spent her money on the arrangement I got. Half of the greenery was dead; the petals on the main flowers were crushed, bruised, or dried out; the majority of the outer petals of the roses had been plucked off to give the appearance of fresh roses. I was honestly in disbelief that theyd send an arrangement like this and even more shocked theyd actually put their name on it! Im reporting them to Teleflora in the hope that no one else is scammed by these shoddy florists.

Our neighbors sent us a poinsettia for Christmas, which was a very kind unexpected gesture. The plant, however, arrived moldy and dying with about a quarter of the leaves already falling off. The soil wasn't dry so I suspect the mold had something to do with it. I tried to call Mai Flower Bill's to let them know they were shipping moldy plants but no one answered the phone. It looks like this was ordered from a 1-800 company. Beware!

They steal the rocks from fredmeyers parking lot where people let their dogs urinate and then put them in your flower vases. Also gives no respect to the tenants that live next door and uses people's parking spaces as their loading docks. Don't worry we've asked nicely 100 times.
