So after sitting on hold several times for over an hour and then giving my info so they can call me back...they didn't. They finally answered after day 3. Repeated my orders for an X-ray and said I just needed to walk in. Same day, went in and they didn't have the orders. Lame. Funny, I didn't see anyone handling calls while standing there waiting for them to tell me I have to leave because they don't have my orders. Lame. The two women at the front desk in the er should be fried .. very rude to me made me feel very uncomfortable. Would not let me ask any questions at all would cut me off and tell me to have a set... I brought my son in there because he wanted to get help for a serious problem he is having.. those two need to be fried . They all so we're laughing at me the whole time I was waiting to find out anything... I am not done... I will make sure they are fried. Insanely crowded and understaffed. They had zero room back in the ER, and they were treating the waiting as triage and extra EXTRA rooms. Patients were also just waiting in the hallways of the ER in seats. I've never seen a hospital so overcrowded and understaffed. The waiting time was so long people were just checking themselves out. If you ever heard a horror story about wait times and overcrowding at the hospital, this was it. I have a history of MI (myocardial infractions), and came in with chest pain. The lack of speed in seeing a Doctor and lack of rooms was disconcerting. I came in with chest pain, a few tests were ran but that was it. I spent well over 4 hours just standing in a corner of the waiting room. No doctor or nurse reached out to me, none went over anything. I was never taken to a room. No one could update me or even go over my results. I just stood there in the corner of the waiting room for hours on end. Insanely crowded and understaffed.
