Had no issues the first 2 1/2 years I lived here until my sink and dishwasher started backing up and flooding my kitchen regularly. Management refused to do anything besides tell me to stop putting food down my disposal, even though I told them I wasn't using my disposal and it often happened when I wasn't even home. After four months of regular flooding they only decided to try to fix it once it started affecting other units.

Great location- but onsite laundry NEVER worked - no one cares to fix it either.

Like the other reviewer said, great location, but its not well maintained. Laundry is always down and takes days if not weeks to get fixed. Theres some issue that causes the pool to be closed most of the summer every year. Our range failed and then so did the replacement and they blamed us for misuse until it was finally found out they wired it incorrectly during installation. The apartments are constantly being infested with mice, rats and black mold. We spent over $200 rodent proofing ours with steel wool to finally deal with the problem for just our unit. The final straw for me was when they had a plumbing issue they shut off everyones water without giving any notice. tldr: Apartments need a lot of maintenance, and the company that owns them is extremely hard to work with
