        Companies that are truly green should divest from the industrial-scale wind turbine business. The landscape has become a sacrificial lamb for heavily subsidized, inefficient towers that destroy rural quality of life. If Portland itself had adequate "wind resources" we'd quickly find out that NIMBY is an empty slogan. These towers are just too large to be part of the environment.
