Dr. Vy and her staff were excellent. Root canal performed was painless. My tooth was saved and a crown put on by another dentist. I would highly recommend  this office. Great experience, if one can say that about a root canal.

Doctor V is the greatest dentist of all time!! Never let anyone else  give you a root canal but her. She is in a League of her own.

Tried to charge me for something that didn't need to be done. I went to another dentist and they said that does not need to be done. So I'm left to assume she's looking to steal money from customers or she doesn't know what's she's doing .

Let me start with the fact that the doctor here is fantastic! The dental work she did for me was pain free and done well. She was super great to work and talk with. BUT the person at the front desk screwed me over. I told them my insurance would end on my birthday (when I turned 26) and that I needed to finish the procedure before then (it had to be done between 2 appts). She kept pushing that my insurance would cover me until the end of the month. Then MONTHS later I get a bill for $2500 and an apology that said something along the lines of Im sorry, your insurance did end on your birthday and the insurance wont cover it. When I reached out to them, they said that they are not responsible because its up to me to know my insurance and that I should not have taken their advice. What?! So they sent me to collections. She completely screwed me over, admitted that she did such, and then told me I shouldnt have listened to her.. absolutely no empathy for the issue THEY caused. I love the doctor but be wary of the front desk. Clear everything yourself with your insurance.
