        The system works as expected or sold. I was able to sync a trial account within an hour so that was pretty amazing. Also kudos to their support team, support responded in less than 15 minutes.

        The Kosmos team (Nick and Alex) represents among the highest levels of customer service and support that I have experienced. Information in their knowledge base was accurate, and responses to support queries were turned around very fast. Answers were clear and where necessary detailed enough for us to make informed decisions quickly. Also, a complimentary online consultation and software training was exceptional and covered all of our questions and more. Thank you Kosmos!

        I was very impressed with Kosmos Support and the sales team. When dealing with customers on a daily basis I can see how some are not easy to handle. I'm a designer and not very technical. I read all the reviews and did my research. There's no cost and they have a 14-day free trial where you can cancel at anytime. Kosmos answered all of my questions and assisted with my clients integration between LightSpeed and Shopify. They were great and we were up and running in just a few days. Thank you!

        Today, Kosmos eSync has functionality that far surpasses anything out there and it keeps growing! I'm happy to see SellBrite and MailChimp now added as options. We were desperate to sell online, and with eSync we got up and going in a few days! Wow, so easy created images, products and syncs inventory two ways with order sync.

        Kosmos is a HORRENDOUS faulty app and even more atrocious "customer service". Myself and my web developer struggled to make this app work for 11 months. Tech support logged into my website to try to get their app to work properly and ended up completely wiping out my entire product database and KOSMOS, themselves, could not make their app work properly. No accountability. Support members lying about their roles with the company. Watch out, they come up with any excuse to blame you and speak down to you. Additionally, they have been FRAUDULENTLY charging my account for months and refuse to refund or stop their charges.
