Dr. Jiang was very professional and informative. I was very appreciative of the way he helped me to understand all my options. Although I ended up needing surgery, Dr. Jiang made the experience for me be as comfortable as could be expected. Dr. Jiang was very easy to talk to and personally called me multiple times before and after surgery to see how I was doing and make sure everything was going well. I highly recommend Dr. Jiang and his team to all friends and family.

I was very pleased to have chosen Dr. Jiang as my doctor at the Urology at Providence Plaza. Right from the start Dr. Jiang made me feel at ease which helped me in explaining to him, my medical concerns. He listened to my medical concerns and we were able to have a very relax conversation. I never felt rushed, the time spent at his office was just right. I am looking forward to my next visit with Dr. Jiang.

Dr. David Jiang is one of the most caring and thorough doctor that I have encountered. He took exceptional care of my father and kept me well informed through each step of the process for his surgery. I highly recommend Dr. Jiang because he will take care of you with the greatest of care that he did with my dad.

I was referred to this clinic by my OBGYN. They sent over my full file. They knew why I was visiting. I made my appt and paid my copay. The doctor was very nice and had great bedside manor. Where this clinic lost me was when he said he contacted his co worker and explained my situation, that they had more experience with the surgery he was referring me for. He said that I would need to make an appt with her and pay another copay. I asked the nurse if they could contact the dr and ask if we could do a phone consultation (I work during the day) so that I didnt need to come back in and/or pay a copay. She confirmed that that dr knew my whole story and thought it would be fine. I never heard back. Then I received a phone call from what I assume was an appt coordinator. I asked her the same question. She was very rude and it seemed as though I was somehow taking money from her paycheck. I didnt think my inquiry was out of line. That interaction combined with shuffling me off to another doctor after a consult and an exam from the first one, caused me to rate them 2 stars. I told the lady over the phone that I would find another clinic since she seemed so bothered by my questions. I was so dissatisfied by her that Id do this all over again just to not give this clinic any more of my money.
