Super unprofessional. 100% not recommended. I scheduled for my annual wellness check, which they confirmed was covered by my insurance. When I walked in, they confirmed again it was covered, and during the discussion with the Dr. it was clear to us it’s annual wellness check. But after a month I got billed for a couple hundred $ for a ‘medical visit’ and was told ‘we can’t revise it’. During the whole visit, everyone was aware it was annual health check and nobody has told me it was a medical visit. But now I am getting extra ‘medical charges’ which I have no clue about. Won’t ever choose this clinic again.

The care providers here are wonderful. However, the process of obtaining a simple refill of a prescription is HORRENDOUS. They do not manage this process well at all. Something from my pharmacy always gets misplaced/lost/never received. I finally decided to expose the poor management of this office. From the receptionist to the medical procedures manager is terrible!!! This is the 5th time THIS YEAR that I've had to wait a week or more to get a refill. Don't go to this clinic.

I have never had a problem being seen right away, responded to right away or any issues with my Rx refills. In fact, I communicate sometimes numerous times a day via MyChart with my provider, Nancy, who is amazing. She is kind, sweet, and incredibly compassionate. I couldn't ask for a better practitioner.
