Dr. Todd W. Ulmer, MD

In the last 4 years I have had 2 knee surgeries and 1 shoulder surgery by Dr Ulmer. The results have been amazing I am 68 years old (lad week turned 68) and I no pain at all in either knee or the shoulder and have full function. I am able to bike ride and climb and trim my trees. Everyone in Dr Ulmer office are excellent always professional explaining everything and kind. I highly recommend him.

The worst experience of my life with these people. I have a broken leg the office put me off all day yesterday claiming they would not see me due to not having my ER images. Went to the ER with a broken leg and picked up images and had them faxed over and they still refused to see me with a referral from my primary doctor. The office manage insinuating all day yesterday they needed my images then at 5:30 pm calls me to tell me they cant see me. Then when I called this morning proceeded to laugh at me when Im clearly frustrated with a broken leg and no one will help me. Claiming it was because of my insurance after all day yesterday insinuating it was the images they needed.

I have not met nor been clinically evaluated by Dr. Ulmer. Today, I called their office to gather information for the insurance plans they accept, clinical specialties and appointment specifics. I didn't get past JANICE. She was curt and impolite. A medical provider's skill may be excellent, but a patient's first contact is with the provider's office staff. A big thumbs down to Dr. Todd Ulmer's office.
