I had a similar experience to the other 1 star givers... Winkleman did not listen to what I had to say, gave me supplements that I insisted made me sick from previous experiences, and then sent me home with snake oil to remedy the side effects. She recommended weekly therapy for depression that I do not have. She did not give me any of the referrals I came in for OR the additional referrals she recommended... The cherry on top was that she told me to call her with any questions, but would not pickup my calls and completely ignored my messages and had her assistant reply with a 'let's schedule you another appointment". I spend over $100 on snake oil that I cannot afford and nothing remedied. I cannot believe people are still practicing so recklessly.

I wish I could leave zero stars. I speculate the reason it took three appointments plus the fourth that I won't be keeping to not even come close to getting done what I needed is because this doctor is trying to milk the insurance but I have no proof. My personal feeling about her bedside manner is that it's the worst I've ever experienced. She didn't listen to a thing I said. Now something that is a fact is this- I was about to run out of my Effexor script. She doesn't believe in this medication so she wouldn't prescribe it. I was willing to go along with her choice. The problem is that Effexor is one of two anti-depressants that you MOST taper off. So I just left the ER after experiencing horrible withdrawals. The main thing the ER docs wanted me to do was to find another primary care physician. THE WORST DOCTOR EVER!

I started seeing Dr. Christie Winkelman about 6 months ago. I came to her clinic wanting something different than my normal physician, but not knowing what to expect. The first day we completed my health evaluation that then turned to a treatment plan. Again, I wasn’t really sure what to expect. After a few weeks of visiting Christie and following her treatments, I noticed a major change in my over all health. Forward 6 months now, I feel like a completely different person. One huge improvement is my immune system. Prior to Insight to Health, I was getting sick almost every month. I haven’t been sick in 5 months now! My painful menstrual cramps, daily headaches, and fatigue have disappeared. I’m a ways from my goal health wise, but I know that I’ll get there with help I’m getting now.

NEGATIVE STARS! TOTAL SCAM!! DO NOT FALL for their Groupons or any other specials that they run!! My daughter bought me a Groupon and when I went there they completely changed the scope and got off track for the sole reason that I went to them. They sold me a whole bunch of Homeopathic tinctures and told me that my visits and my supplements would be covered by insurance. Insurance did not cover anything and they could not even get my billing address correct so I never got their bills and then I went to collections and I have perfect credit with the exception of this collection for Insights To Health. I tried many times to settle my bill with them and could never get a hold of anyone at the office. SUCH A DISAPPOINTMENT!!! DON’T LET THEM FOOL YOU!
