I've had a few appointments with Compass, both virtual and in-person, and am very happy with my experience. Staff - from the receptionists/front desk staff to medical providers - are kind, compassionate, and helpful. I had to call them a few times today to sort out some scheduling issues and everyone I spoke with made an effort to make sure my needs were met.The waiting room has a nice coffee/tea station. It's a small thing, but a really nice touch.Nobody wants to need appointments at an oncology clinic, but Compass staff work to make the process as comfortable as possible.

The Rose Quarter Cancer Center is the best. The employees are friendly and compassionate. My mother went to Dr. Gerald Segal, he was referred to us as the best oncologist in the country, from other patients that had him. He is truly the best. Its because of Dr. Segal I enjoyed extra years with my mom, Marilyn Burnett. I will always be grateful to him for this, and think of him still to this day. Mom had multiple myeloma and lived 8 years. Dr. Segal is kind, compassionate and the best doctor around. God bless him for all he does for his patients and everyone, including the families of his patients. We are grateful for you Dr. Segal and the staff at Compass Oncology - Rose Quarter office.

So mother was a patient at the Tigard office and twice we waited for a hour in the lobby and then another hour in the exam room before we even seen the doctor and the 1st I waited in the lobby, at 5pm people were leaving and I had to ask where's my mother? We switched to Rose Quarter and it's better as far as appointments go, but the rest is pretty much the same. Inter-Communication in medicine is atrocious !

I have had surgery and chemotherapy. I am 7 months out and on medication. I am having symptoms including pelvic pain and possible tumor growth. I called and asked for a CA125 blood test to ease my mind- they wouldnt allow it. Symptoms give reason to test for cancer antigen 125 levels. So much for advocating for my own health. If cancer comes back I will be talking with Gabby and nurse Becky about their poor decisions to not take me serious and refuse and voluntary blood test to me.

While the doctors and the lab techs there are very top notch, the rest of the staff leaves so much to be desired.Do not believe them when they say they will call you back for they will not. Some lack people skills and their arrogance is a waste of people's time
