Scheduled an appointment at 7:30am went all the way to their office for them to tell me they didn’t have me scheduled… Incredibly disorganized and unprofessional.

Everyone was friendly,kind,courteous! I forgot my phone to call. For my ride,they offered me one of their phone's. Brought me water so I could take my m ,eds.Very pleased with my dental. Experience Joan

This office has gone way downhill, I've been coming here for years and lately every time I've gone in, there's issues or they have to reschedule. I just went in for 8:10am appt (had gotten all the confirmations) and they said it was an automated system and they had no hygienist on staff (??)... and I'd already said okay to a 2 month reschedule to this date for just a basic cleaning. Really unprofessional. Definitely my last time here, very unfortunate since it used to be a really great office.

Where to start... My 19 year old brother visited yesterday and was very upset with the service he received. He shared that the surgeons were extremely unprofessional when conducting this operation. I have never heard of a doctor swearing at their patient for bleeding. The doctor was also upset because my brother coughed when the doctor stuck fingers in brothers mouth. Instead of being upset with your patient, the doctor should consider if the proper PPE is on. Absolutely disgusted with his description of his visit. Anyone reading these reviews I would highly recommend finding a different office. I would give you negative stars if I could.

Extremely unprofessional, cancelled appointments last minute multiple times after rescheduling, staff was unprofessional and defensive. Office is also very unclean when you’re inside.
