Jantzen Beach Modern Dentistry

Husband & I went there last week for the first time. We joined the yearly membership (optional) which pays for x-rays, exams and diagnosis. $135 for two. The dentist introduced himself to me, asked me if I had any problems or concerns. He cleaned my teeth, did the gum check and a tech did the x-rays. She was new and had some difficulty with the equipment, but finished in the end. She also did the flossing and tooth polishing. Everyone did a thorough job. Great office staff. Gloria even understood our Federal insurance situation. (So, so nice to be able to talk Federal insurance with someone in the know!) Since we live on the island, it's so convenient for us to go there. I highly recommend them.

I used to love this place. Because of constantly changing office staff/managers and four different dental hygienists (in 13 months), I have changed to a different office. Also, I have had major issues with billing and payments here. DO NOT link your bank account to their system. There will be a problem. Dr. Navid is very nice. I also loved the office manager, Jessica, but she is gone now.😕 JANTZEN BEACH OFFICE IS CLOSING.

Well.. Was happy until the billing. Told them to take out remaining balance out of my account on Thursday... They agreed... It was taken out yesterday and now I'm over drawn 117 bucks.. Pretty pissed off .. Won't go back or recommend.. That action screwed me pretty good ! I'm on a budget.. But they did what they wanted anyways... Disappointed~
