After being on hold For quite some time I finally Got someone on the phone to help me. Well I thought she was gonna help me Instead she was really rude and short with me And she even hung up on me Before I even had a chance to say bye. I was calling to become a new patient however I called the wrong location And now I don't even know if I wanna even become a patient At smile keepers. And after reading the reviews I don't even know why I took the time to call. I Usually do read the reviews before I even call however I have heard nothing but good things about this place in the past and so I didn't even think of doing that. I'm not surprised at all that this place's rating at a 2.8. That's pathetic Especially for children's dentist And People are supposed to feel comfortable bringing their children here to have their teeth worked on And maintained. No thanks but thanks for The rude conversation I had with the rude ladyYou have at the front taking the phone calls

If I could give this office 0 stars I would. My grandson is a Pt of this clinic. He has severe dental decay that is requiring oral surgery at a hospital. This clinic has cancelled his surgery 3 times. 1st time because the Dr. did not have the proper hospital credentialing completed on time for his oral surgery. 2nd time they claimed they needed to postpone the surgery because of insurance concerns that could have been worked out with 1 phone call, taking all of one days time. The surgery wasn't scheduled for several days. Yet they still cancelled. 3rd time Doctor had a personal emergency. Meanwhile months have gone by and the decay has gotten much worse. I fear it will be effecting the quality of his permanent teeth. I tried to call them during business hours to find out when he is schedule for another surgery date, no one answered the phone. Truly unacceptable

My Daughter has been going there a while now. I called last Friday a week ago and left a message asking for a them to call back so i kind find out what time the appointment is and they did not call back. Its been a week and no call back. Really Nice it just shows they careless about patient's. Web site says opens at 7:30 yet they don't answer the phone good luck getting anyone to answer the phone or call back.
