Gentle Dental Lombard - CLOSED

Called to get info and times, just an overall of service first thing out of her mouth is "Do you even have insurance" and it can't be OHP." Which is not my insurance none the less every answer had a scoff, short response and It was definitely an inconvenience that she had to waste her time on new patients. Will not even attempt to go here again.

I just had my third appointment since becoming a new patient and I am glad I switched to Lombard Gentle Dental . I have had several traumatizing dental experiences in the past, but not to worry, Dr. Morales and Miss Patty are an amazing team, helping me to feel at ease which isn't easy when you're in so much pain. The office staff was also nice, the office manager offered me some essential oils for relaxation. I recommend Lombard Gentle Dental and I will be returning as well for all my routine care.

I payed in advance for invisalign and I need to strongly urge you to NOT COME HERE FOR INVISALIGN. They printed the wrong scan of my teeth, and they let me where the wrong trays for a MONTH before they realized their mistake. SO they printed the correct scan. the trays sat in there office for TWO WEEKs before I finally called in and they told me they were there. So i came in for the appointment to get the new trays, and they started me on the first tray of the correct scan, except they had already moved my teeth with incorrect scan and I woke up today with a tray full of bloody teeth! DO NOT COME HERE FOR INVISALIGN! In response to your edit; I have been in contact with your offices throughout the entire process and you finally reached out to me after i got invisalign involved. I have called the number you commented there DOZENS of times and the best I have gotten is someone in the office who understandably doesn't know me, who will take my phone number down. I have no doubt you forwarded this to your clinical and management team. And I'm certain that will have zero effect. Thanks! Final edit: I have gotten a full refund. Huge waste of time, lots of pointless pain, my teeth have been shaved, moved in an out pointlessly.

they cancelled my two appointments (for a crown and filling) without notifying me, so I found out after arriving for my appointment that no longer existed. they then tried to make me reschedule my own appointments through the general website “in a few days” on my own, despite my having had no desire to cancel my existing appointments and having shared with them last month that my employer sponsored dental insurance was ending at the end of this month. when I was upset by this entire process, they told me this happens “all the time” to other patients of theirs, too. I have never written a negative review for any business, but want to warn any potential customers to go elsewhere, I wish I had when I still had time! UPDATE: I was able to get my necessary work done at Gentle Dental’s East Ridge location. There were still some surprise last minute schedule changes and it was father away than I intended to go, but the service at this location was much better.
