I guess I shocked them that I had a credit card but that I would be charged $120. if I didn't cancel the appointment! I couldn't cancel because my appointment was the next morning. I was there at least 2 hours early, parking isn't worth there time to waste! They treated me like I had leprosy!!! They really make you feel like you were something they thought they left on their doormat! Not to be allowed in their office! I shouldn't have called I tried not to get overly excited but the staff made me feel like they wanted to really help me! NOT EVEN CLOSE! They tried pawning me off to another quack that didn't want to take the time to help me! When I told them I was assaulted by my soon to be ex-husband and my teeth are do to his neglect of not allowing me to get help! I have been to 7 of the so called fancy, promise to fix my smile for me, but once they get you in the door it's a whole new ball game of how much do you want to pay? Either remortgage your house, sell your house or just give up. That is exactly the same as what I received at Dr. Gross' office. THEY MUST HAVE A SUMMER VACATION THEY NEED TO PAY QUICKLY!! They really want to help. Scratch that! They couldn't get me out of there fast enough! Thanks for lying to me! Just like the rest! After my post the receptionist called me to lie even more for the old gross doctor!!!! WAY TO GO!!!! DO NOT BELIEVE THEIR ADD ON FACEBOOK!! THEY ONLY WANT YOUR MONEY!!!!

Simply Amazing… Dr. Gross and his team are exactly that! I recently had reconstructive gum surgery using the Pinhole Gum Surgery Technique and had a very extreme case where every tooth on the bottom had excessive recession with basically no gum coverage left. Dr. Gross was amazing, he took great care of me throughout the full process including the surgery and 6 week follow up. I was hopeful but not sure it would work since my case was so extreme and my gum tissue was so thin, but his work was phenomenal and the results even after Day 1 were remarkable. His receptionist, medical assistant, billing department, and everyone else in the office provided exceptional service… not only were they nice and professional but they went above and beyond every time I came in for an appointment to where I could tell they truly cared about me and my progress. I am so lucky to have found them and will strongly recommend them to anyone needing oral surgery or dental needs in the future.

I am more than excited and comfortable to be going in for a dental implant with Dr. Gross. Everyone at his office is amazing and educated they all were patient, understanding and very informative about everything from the procedure, to healing time, to cost.
