Extremely poor customer service. They canceled the appointment I made 3 weeks out because the hygenist had an appointment, no apologies. Very flippant attittude. When I said it's an inconvenience, I was told its an inconvenience to us to, rather than just acknowledging my concern. Was transferred to office manager, and when I pointed out that I'm the client, I'm paying you, so the inconvenience is on me and it seems odd that my 4pm Friday appointment is is canceled because you have appointment, I was then told the hygenist appointment was an "emergency". I suggested perhaps thier communication should have indicated that this was a 4pm Friday emergency that you knew about the day before and perhaps should have come with an apology or any indication that they understood it was a hardship. Then she hung up on me. DO NOT GO HERE unless you have very low expectations of customer interaction, It's all about them. Very sad, the actually dentist seemed nice and quite excited that I as new client booked two appointments, but if the staff keeps running people away, there won't be any more appointments.
