I have a huge fear of dentists but Dr. Chung and his dental assistant and receptionist made me feel as comfortable and relaxed as possible. So happy I found them!

Dr. Chung and his staff are kind and patient. Dr. Chung has a warm chair side manner encouraging my trust. He recommended a night guard to keep me from clenching my jaw at night, but my prior dentist had already sold me a night guard that just didn't work. His knowledge and expertise convinced me to make another investment in a night guard, and I am so happy I did. The new night guard is the right type; it fits and gives me a lot of relief from nightly teeth clenches.

I don't have any serious dental issues and was looking for an affordable teeth cleaning in Portland. Most offices force you to pay for x-rays with a new patient intake in addition to the cleaning. Luckily, Springwater Dental did a basic check-up with no added charge and did a great job cleaning my teeth. Dr. Chen was really kind and honest. Unlike other dentists, he did not try to sell me on tons of products or scare me into more appointments. He and his assistant were gentle and gave an effective cleaning. I also thought the front desk ladies were very sweet and easy to talk with. I will return here and refer my family. Very pleased!
