When I started going here I liked having a female dentist and then she left. The new dentist is nice, the staff is nice but I can never get anyone to answer the phone when I call so making an appointment is a pain. Recently I asked the dentist not to give me epinephrine mixed with lidocaine for a procedure. He did it anyhow and my heart jumped out of my chest cause like before, it went systemically. It feels terrible. I will not return to this clinic because he ignored my request. He thought he knew best and went ahead with what he wanted. Epinephrine is not a requirement to numb gums it's a bonus. It only helps control bleeding. It wasn't necessary and this Starbucks gift card "sorry" is just sad.

All of the staff I encountered were warm, friendly and professional. Five staff members interacted with me. Conscientious infection control was demonstrated consistently. They actively listened and accommodated my request. I would definitely recommend this Dental Practice.
