        Very kind and professional doctor and staff. I had an appointment a month ago and a few days before my appointment, the weather was predicted to have heavy snow. The staff tried to call me many times to reschedule my appointment because it would be very dangerous to drive on icy roads. Unfortunately, my cellphone was muted and my voicemail was full... However, Dr. Ouyang didn't give up and called me in the Sunday morning. Luckily, I didn't miss Dr. Ouyang's call and rescheduled my appointment successfully... Strong recommendation!
