We always have to wait for a teller, even sometimes when there is no line. The tellers take calls so the patrons who are in front of them have to wait until they get off of the phone. I find this annoying

I experienced terrible communication multiple times with this bank, while buying my first car. Once I got all of that figured out I thought I was in the clear, but another issue came up. They messed documents up with the DMV so I was driving with plates that weren’t in the system anymore. Overall I had a very poor experience and wouldn’t recommend. Unless spending two hours in the DMV sounds fun, I wouldn’t use United advantages for a car loan.

I have had nothing but great service from this credit union. Betty Jo and Camron are the best! They have always helped me with the things I need in a fast and friendly matter. They have always got me the best rates and made the process so easy. I would highly recommend them for any financial needs.

I love being a United Advantage member~ I not only finance all of my loans with UA, I also recommend all of my friends and family to bank with them as well.
