Unitus Community Credit Union

Love Unitus, a cut above every other financial institution I've been a member of. Customer service is great, they always resolve issues immediately and with a friendly attitude. Most importantly they've never screwed me, and god knows banks and credit unions alike looooove to invent ways to screw their customers out of more money, but not Unitus.

This branch of Unitus Community Credit Union was my credit union before. I was racially profiled. The "Karen" bank teller said she called the PPB on me because I looked like a transient (that means homeless person). I told the bank manager that that "Karen" wouldn't need to call the police... as I am not a threat or homeless... just African-American. I was told the bank teller hadn't been through the proper training yet. Every time I went inside this Unitus Community Credit Union... I was treated with better than average customer service by the other bank tellers. I told the bank manager that I already reported that "Karen" (the bank teller) for racially profiling me. "Karen" follows me as I am leaving out the door as well. I have a different account at a different credit union. I will not be back to this location unless there is more diversity in regards to the hiring of bank tellers (and yes,... I know this is a credit union... the tellers are still called bank tellers... not community credit tellers).
