I just left a review don't know if it went through worst customer service I've ever witnessed by the man of David very rude yells cusses at you talks to you and belittlement very rude does not need to be employed with your company puts a bad look on you guys extremely rude

Came from California to visit family and stopped by late at night here to get drinks was greeted by a very nice young man named Michael. He asked me how I was doing and we had a relatable and funny conversation about Cali. I was a little stressed so I thank him for making my night better ! Definitely have to come back here when I visit again. I give him props for being so young working late in this area and still having a positive attitude !

Went today jun 27th at 12:08 a.m. gentlemen with glasses was working. This is not the job for him. Tried to get a keno ticket. He said I needed to hand him a slip. I told him no I want a quick pick. Then I tried to walk him thru it he got flustered. The total summary ticket printed out. I told him it's because he pressed total then print on the bottom vs just print on the top of the screen. He kinda lowly yelled at me telling me to let him go his pace. He was flustered because there were some loud people in the store. Not able to multi task. I left without my keno ticket. Not happy!!!

Better than going into the nearby 7/11 just to grab some quick drinks and snacks. A lot less crowded and in a convenient area. The lady I came across while here a few days ago was pretty nice and cracked a smile at my boyfriend's joke.
