I don't normally like to do reviews, but Jones Same Day Garage Door Repair and Dan were exceptional in every way. Professionalism was off the charts. Dan arrived early and with a great attitude. The whole install of our new opener took right at an hour. Couldn't be happier. Great guy, great company and great results.

I contacted this company Because of their trustworthy reputation in my neighborhood. They were extremely accommodating in scheduling a speedy and cost-effective repair. They kept me up to date and showed up when they said they would. After replacing the broken spring, the repair person took the time to walk over the door with me and answer all of my questions, as well as service it. I'm really impressed with the excellent level of service and repair they provide.

When a garage door cable broke, Jones Same Day Garage Door Repair technician recommended that the entire door be replaced. They provided a competitive price and completed the door replacement fast and efficiently. A few days later, they returned for no charge to adjust the garage door opener (which they did not install). Jeff is fantastic and really knowledgeable, and this is a fantastic company! Fully recommended!
