Great at first, BUT not after your second or third or fourth or even fifth issue, I have had nothing but equipment failure replacements issues one after another over the course of the two years. Between calling in - going back & fourth with their phone reps seeing if they can fix the matter on their end because I do realize there's only so much their authorized to handle, and waiting for a appointment never seems to be in the same week let alone the following week working with the availability on only ONE LICENSED TECH in the entire Vancouver Washington area! I have had it with the constant run-a-rounds, long appt waits, say their going to do something and don't, equipment failure, and now hearing after already 2 weeks of waiting for a call from their Appointment Center that they have no idea when they'll be able to send a tech out or how far out he's booked. No solutions .No reassurance that this matter will even be fixed by the 1st of the year. I'm at a loss of words and have lost complete faith in this company's ability to take care of its customers. I will NOT be recommending this company to anyone and will be canceling my service with them.
