Dr. Parker has done a tremendous job working with me to alleviate my lower back pain with additional focus toward getting my core and mobility back on track. All my questions were met with thorough, helpful answers and all other staff interactions have been terrific. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone.

I rarely see doctors, but if I ever have to again it's definitely going to be Hawthorne Wellness Center. This is the place where I felt like people genuinely cared about helping me. Their customer services is top-notch. Whether on the phone or in person they're always polite and patient. I was referred to the doctors that were in my insurance network and most of my expenses got covered. I saw Dr. Shay for a yearly medical check up, had an excellent experience and got my results the same week. I also saw Dr. Haines for treating herniated discs in my lower back for three months. The first time I met him I was in a pretty bad state not being able to bend forward with constant radiating pain down my leg that was affecting my daily activities like walking and sleeping. After examining me and doing the tests Dr. Haines diagnosed me with a herniated disc. Dr. Haines instead of jumping straight into adjusting my back which is most chiropractors tend to do, educated me about my problem, what I needed to do in order to heal my back and avoid this problem in the future, he showed me the exercises which I continue doing even nowadays. He did some adjustments after each visit but with care and in a non-forceful way. What a relief it was when my pain started going away after just 3 days of doing the exercises. Since then I improved to my 90% in just 3 months by only having visits once every 2-3 weeks. I'd highly recommend Dr. Haines to anybody who experiences back pain!

Dr. Haines was great. From his initial assessment of my issue through diagnosis and treatment, I was reassured that he understood what I was describing, and he was able to target the issue quickly and effectively. In addition to the adjustments, he gave me a bunch of exercises to work on and went through them with me to make sure I could do them correctly, which probably made all the difference.

I have been a chiropractic patient at Hawthorne Wellness Center for over a decade and I could not be more pleased with the care I have received there. Dr. Haines and the entire staff are so professional, warm and accommodating - it is abundantly clear that they enjoy their work and workplace! Even though HWC is a bit of a drive from my home, I don't mind going the extra distance. They always go the extra mile for me! I highly recommend Hawthorne Wellness Center to anyone in need of chiropractic, massage, acupuncture or naturopathic care.

Dr Snell gave me hope during a very dark time when I had two bulging discs in low back. His program of exercises and compassion and belief in me had me back in good form in a matter of weeks when I was convinced I’d feel broken forever. He never once doubted I could move about my day normally and he was right! Also acupuncturist Taya Lindley is the kindest woman on earth and I sincerely believe I wouldn’t have been able to have my second child without her :)
