Shonnie the manager at this location is amazing. Not only is she inspiring but she is literally a walking heart full of compassion and love. I will send people to her always. The knowledge and understanding that this individual has is above and beyond. These days customers don't get great service. When you come here you will only receive the best! Brava to you for having such a diamond in The rough!

Matthew the store manager and his assistant were amazing! I am a case manager I brought 2 clients in to get a phone. They were both very kind and patient. I want to thank the both of you for your excellent customer service.

Mathew was absolutely fantastic and I'm so grateful for his assistance! I went to several other retailers and was starting to feel overwhelmed before I decided to try just one more stop at Cricket. So glad I did!

Mall 205 is closed including this Cricket retail location. Only thing open inside the mall area is the DMV.
