Today I went to Bath and Body Works at Washington Square mall, the service was absolutely horrible, I bought glass candle holders and soap holders, I asked Maylet Lopez if she can rap the items so they dont break or chip while its in the bag, and she refused to rap the items because some how they didnt have any paper. There was another girl that told me if I buy something glass they will be able to wrap it, but clearly I guess Maylet didnt want to give the whole service to make the customer happy. Maylet was also very rude and demanding, she told me I cant spend more than 10 minutes at the register. Ive been shopping at Bath and Body for years and this is the first time an employee of Bath and Body Works told me that. As I was standing for Maylet to scan my items I saw that other customers wear also poorly treated. I do not recommend Shopping at this bath and body works location there are many other great locations to shop at with nice employees.
