I've been getting my hair cut at Refuge since they were located on Broadway, and I feel like I lucked out, finding them the way I did. Kat has been my barber from the start, and while I would be comfortable with any of the barbers here, I like it that way. Kat is a phenomenal barber, in my opinion. She works fast only because she's got the practice and muscle memory to be able to, not because she's rushing. I don't recall ever needing anything fixed after she's cut my hair. And she's a good conversationalist!

Best barbershop in Portland. Shelly, the owner, is friendly and professional and gives a great ; she has been our barber since before she owned her own shop. The other barbers do a great job too; you can't go wrong here.

I have been a client for nearly 4 year No and I wouldn't go anywhere else.. Shelley and her team treat you like family a family and give you the best service possible at a great price.
