      image Bankruptcy is a process that takes patience and diligence to get through. When I met with Mr. O'Brien, I was in a bad financial situation and his guidance and advice helped to drastically improve my position in 5 years. I filed Chapter 13 with his representation and he worked to get me a very favorable monthly budget to manage repayments and still enable my day to day life. He's very good at his job. I would not choose anyone else for my friends or family, this is the right solution if you are considering a bankruptcy or looking for advice in dire financial straits.

      image Mr. Piteo was amazing to work with. My elderly mother was scheduled for an eviction hearing within a week or less. I called more than a dozen lawyers but they either said it was too late or they were just too busy. Mr. Piteo was able to find a way for my mother to keep her house.
