        0 stars. Do not use Nathan Krause. He is incompetent and unethical. Nathan was on the spot as long as the progress payments were coming. My mistake was to pay the final before the plans were approved. His plans were rejected on MULTLIPLE COUNTS by Washington County...engineering, drainage, even the format of his design pages was wrong. They are unusable. He has not responded - at all - to numerous pleas from me and my contractor to make the plans submittable, in two and a half months. We will have to start over with someone who knows what they are doing. It was a huge waste of time and money. I hardly ever give bad reviews of any business. Don't use iDesign or Nathan Krause.
