My experience living at South Hills apartments was a very good one. I wont go into my personal life and struggles at the time but Kristen was amazing, kind and understanding. Far more gracious and kind than I ever expected from a landlord. All my concerns or issues were minor and dealt with very quickly.
My neighbors were wonderful as well. I bonded with them and felt very safe there. This was a great Community not just an apartment complex.
I would rent from them at any of their properties in Pendleton but my preference hands down would be South Hill.

Loved living in these apartments as they were clean, well managed, and the pool for the summer was a plus! Kristen is an amazing manager that always helped us in what we needed! Great area to live in as well!

The management smiles unless you actually want them to do something. Then she gets cold as ice. If there are problems with other residents, she refuses to step in. Such as, if they are exceedingly noisy She won't do a thing. She will insist that there has to be at least 3 calls to the police for her to do something. However, that isn't true.
The place is OLD and there is nothing between apartments to stop noise. They continually spray for insects. The parking has enough spaces, but only for residents - there is no parking for guests.
My oven was a fire danger - but they did nothing. Instead, they fobbed us off with a "it's a cheap stove/oven" excuse.
I'm so glad I'm OUT and away from there! Never sign on with these people.

This has been a very pleasant place to live and the landlord is amazing.
