As the owner, Nolan takes extreme pride in every aspect of cleaning your rugs or furniture. He also brings years of experience about all facets of upholstery and carpet. In 2020 we bought two beautiful, off-white matching couches for our living room and then we added a dog to the household. We thought we were going to have to replace the couches. Thanks to Nolan, the couches look brand new.

Nolan is the man!!!!
I brought him a white wool rug that had a Starbucks coffee drink dumped out right in the middle and the stain was definitely permanent he got the stain out I think it was magic because I dont know how he did it but the stain was gone TRULY A MIRACLE!!!!!
I highly highly recommend this skilled knowledgeable expert!!!

My rug was cleaned really well for a fair price on a reasonable timeline. The rug is at least 30 years old and it basically looks brand new.

We LOVE dogs! However, accidents happen. We needed help and Portland Rug Cleaning came to the rescue...again! Nolan arrived early and explained everything he was going to be doing and all the tools he was going to be using. He then got right to work and didn't slow down until he was finished. It's been amazing feeling like we can have people over again without a smelly carpet getting in the way! I'll always recommend Portland Rug Cleaning and will be calling again! A flooded laundry room floor would lead to an important rug I purchased when I served in the Middle East becoming ruined. These rugs are irreplaceable since they are not made the same way as they were in the 90s so getting it repaired was paramount. A website addressed this very issue and mentioned Portland Rug Cleaning. I quickly contacted the owner who responded promptly. He was very kind and understood how important the rug was to me, being a veteran himself. He put a tremendous amount of effort into getting this back to me better than before.
