Horrible leader and company!! Lorelei treats staff like garbage. Gives unqualified staff managers positions and plays favorites. Gaslights and threatens employees with their jobs if they don't have her same views. I was the lead staff at Steckley for 3 years and during my time she hired 2 managers that had no clue what they were doing and expected me to pick up the slack with no extra pay. Was threatened to be let go or demoted if I didn't comply. Worked well over the legal limits of 18 to 19 hours in one shift with no relief and then yelled at about overtime and expectedto be there early for the next shift. Upon leaving the now manager of Steckley Jason was caught smoking weed at work and nothing was done by admin. And this manager also accused me of stealing from residents to protect his job. Under this company I witnessed falsified medication documentation and staff treating residents poorly and when it was brought to Loreleis attention it was swept under the rug and I was told my job was in jeopardy. I left with a rehire status and it was changed after I brought concerns to admin. Best thing I ever did was leave. I did feel horrible for the residents cause Id be unable to protect them any longer. I did report company and left it at that. Please don't place your loved ones under these criminals

Ive been with OMRS since the end of March and I am so thankful I made the decision to join the company. I have nothing but respect for my manager and the staff I work with. I leave work each day feeling blessed that I have a job that I enjoy as much as I do and look forward to going back to the next day.

I worked here for two years and I know as first hand experience, this company is full of bullies. Audrey Swanson is a functioning alcoholic who targets and intimidates new staff, intentionally making comments, yelling at them for doing their job, and on top of that, drinking on the job. Shes been at the company for 19 years and is their favorite floor staff as shes willing to sweep abuse and neglect under the mat the same way she does with her pedophilic son.

This is an awful company. OMRS admin will lie, gaslight and mislead employees without a second thought. They cut corners in resident care, put unnecessary resteictions on those in their care, and sweep any misdoings under the rug. The management is poorly trained (my specific manager couldn't even seem to write a schedule correctly.) They refuse to staff houses adequately based on resident needs, which causes problems/safety issues for both residents and staff. I wouldn't recommendthis company to anyone seeking long term employment, or residence for themselves/family. If I could give less than 1 star, I would.

Should be reported for abuse! Residents who are soiled are left for hours. Staff aren't showering residents and rooms constantly have BM in them. Management manipulates and gaslights employees. I worked at Alpha house and would not recommend this company for care or a career
