I never write reviews ever, good or bad but I went into this store with my daughter and had a horrible experience with an employee. I waited almost 10 minutes while the cashier Kaitlyn stood off to the side and was folding clothes, not even acknowledging that I was standing there to check out before I asked very politely to please ring me up. She then dropped her things loudly, rolled her eyes and gave me the worse death-stare I have ever seen in my life and began scanning my items without saying one word and the WHOLE time STARING and GLARING at me while she rang me up, not even breaking eye contact like an actual psychopath. She then threw my items into a bag and threw the bag at me. Normally these type of things do not bother me, but she acted extremely aggressive and in front of my daughter for NO REASON! I am not sure if she just wanted to actually strangle me, or if she is mentally unstable, but she should not be working in retail. She also still did not break eye contact as I left the store and was outside, even though I was not even looking at her. This really just creeped me and my daughter out and I feel like I encountered a very mean/evil soul and I will never ever go into a Justice store again, because of her.

The associate or manager or whoever kaitlyn is has the worst costumer service Ive experienced.
