Donna was very knowledgable and patient in helping me understanding my health insurance options through the federal marketplace. Working with her to navigate my most recent re-enrollement was by far the least stressful experience I've had in navigating health insurance - I wish I'd known about her services when I first began buying my own health insurance. She is an amazing advocate and she is empowering. She speaks the language of insurance and - equally important - she knows how to translate it so that you understand the decisions you must make to get coverage and to pick a plan that will suit your needs. AND she helps you understand how to fully access the services you've paid for once you're signed up.
I recommend speaking with Donna to anyone who has questions/concerns about signing up for or access their health coverage, she's great!

I started using The Quintana Group a year ago. I have gone through a handful of insurance agents in my adult life, and Shane is the only one that has truly helped me. He is personable so conversations are comfortable. The level of detail Shane goes through to ensure I get the health insurance coverage I need at the best rate is the reason I will continue to use The Quintana Group for my health insurance needs. Shane and Donna are fantastic. I was referred by a friend when a company unexpectedly cancelled my Cobra. Shane got to work immediately and secured insurance for me within the hour, whew! Highly recommend them!

Donna Quintana is our go-to for sorting through all our health insurance options. She is especially helpful when you have a number of preferred providers that you want to make certain are in the plan you choose.
She is very patient, knowledgable and calm. It is also great that she is able to 'screen share' exactly what she is looking at with you in real time. Very easy to schedule a phone appointment.
