image About as affordable as Portland. Maintence is slow, the units are sinking into the hill, black mold grows in the windows, landlord special everywhere, and recently gained some wanna be racecar couple that wakes everyone up with there car. oh! And a big one: half the bathrooms have no windows and all the bathrooms have terrible ventilation fans that make a lot of noise and do next to nothing for airflow

image So..called yesterday and spoke to the office, not an off site person and made an appointment for 1pm today. Show up promptly at 1pm to find a sign in the door saying "back at 3pm". So I knock and a man comes. I tell him why I'm here and he looks bewildered and says " we don't schedule appointments on Wednesday its our training day ". Then he asks for my ID to take down some information and I'm like, nope. Huge red flag. I drive an hour in traffic to get there for him to tell me that. NOT very professional and no matter how nice the apartments are I would never do business with them

image NO A/C. They do not care if you have heat stroke as long as you pay their horrific rental prices. Michael was good. New Manager doesnt care. HORRIBLE.
Jerry is a very good worker. He helped me with the AWFUL window drafts. Still a terrible place though. Here comes summer. no A/C in this unit. Owners are only putting A/C in upgraded units. They do not care about tenants, Jerry is great!! but dont rent here unless you can survive in your home being 100 degrees.

image I moved into Milo in October of 2020 and quickly found out how truly incompetent and unprofessional their management team was. I had major problems with neighbor allowing their dog to use their deck to relieve itself. It was a nightmare. Their maintenance was a absolute joke and managers were lying to tenants all the time. I was going to move out luckily the property was sold. Everything changed with the new management Tyler has been a welcome relief for the tenants he has implemented professionalism and competency and a vision for the property to make it a great place to live. Tyler, Michael and Jerry are very responsive to any request maintenance or otherwise. I just signed new lease! Milo is a beautiful property that is very clean and well maintained with amazing views and excellent location. Tyler and his staff have made it a amazing place to live.
