      image Velocity proves commendable in its functionality, yet regrettably, the EONI system encounters frequent downtimes. Conversely, their customer service leaves much to be desired. A staggering 50% of service calls divert to voicemail. Those rare instances of connection with a representative yield responses that are both banal and lacking in depth. My recent extended downtime of EONI fiber persisted for days, only to falter once more unexpectedly, coincidentally disrupting an important Zoom engagement rescheduled from the preceding day. This occurrence marked the proverbial final straw.
