Ok this has taken me a while to sit down and write out. Where to begin... The start yes that is a good place. Normal person working with not a ton of money in pocket to get something nice for his soulmate and better half and let me tell you I went to 5 other places that day and was made to feel silly that I did not have an extra $1000 laying around to get something on the lower end of their counters. " Oh well their loss of lifelong business". But I did give Kays a call a while back one of my wife's diamonds fell out of its facet and I was looking for a good place to get it fixed. I had called around and thought for the life of me that we bought it from Kays, but it was in fact not purchased there 17 years ago. They were willing to do it for an AMAZING PRICE, I mean you can't bet it! I called a lot of places and the turnaround time as amazing as well! But when I went in there to get my wife's ring fixed, and first off let me say when I walked in there, I was greeted with smiles... Not a I hate my job smiles either but a smile of someone that really loves their job. Ok so that helped a ton I am not super fancy and don't know a ton about that kind of stuff by it makes my wife super happy and give me a ton of hugs and kisses and that part I am cool with. So, I walk up to the counter with my wife's ring and when dealing with kays at the Kiezer station it was like going somewhere that once you are there you don't have to worry about anything they got you! and for someone like me that is a breath of fresh air. They got my wife's ring all sorted out and it was going to be back in my hand in 2 weeks, and well they were filling out the paperwork for that I was kind of looking around. I felt like I could ask the assistant questions and was not going to made to feel well only one way to say it too poor to get my wife something nice. She walked me over to an area and not only assisted me with finding the PERFECT ring to match my wife's princes set wedding ring but in the perfect price range that made me feel not stressed at all. It was an amazing experience from start to finish she used my wife's ring to have the other one matched size and had it setup that both of them would comeback at the same time. Oh, and they also cleaned my wife ring, so it shined like the day we bought it. I can say that out of all the places I went that day Kay's You are an amazing experience, so here is my score. 10/10 care for the customer, and 10/10 for helpfulness. That truly was an amazing experience for me, and you have made a lifelong customer. Thank you she cried, and I got a huge hug! half that hug is yours! your staff was fun to talk to, and so helpful that I felt I needed to worry about nothing being there. I recommend people to your location because I have experienced you service and care firsthand.

Look online before purchasing in store. I purchased an item full price in store while the item was half price online. They do price match but its up to you to tell them. They will have you paying more than you need to.
