Very unprofessional lady, mentoring another person, they give a handicap room... Se is blaming CLC lodging, I stayed over 20 hotels with CLC and never had an issue

I worked for the company and I myself would not stay here. The rooms are not always cleaned. Showers are not always scrubbed and carpets are not vacuumed after every stay. Also the carpets are gross with years of people and pets and spills. The thin brown blanket in between the sheets are maybe washed once a month. The manager is the worst I've ever met. Rude, unprofessional. The prices are high. I would recommend spending a little more money and going down the road to Oxford inn or holiday Inn.

I stay here for my job, and it is great for that. Any concern I've had is taken care of. It's close to stores and restaurants. The black out curtains work wonders for sleep. The review section seems to have gotten a little off track with Tyler Young's odd take: I've never experienced any of why he states with the employees of the hotel.

I only give 5 star on service due to a new employee that has recently started im unsure of her name but I can assure you the taller blonde woman with beautiful blue eyes is an amazing person to have to deal with given the trash that she's stuck working with my old friend Melissa works there who if I ever had her as an employee she would have been fired on day one her customer service is shabby at best she's snotty and consistently thinks she's perfect and would rather play on her phone and call someone else from they're job than deal with you she does absolutely nothing my employees and i have had to stay there for a couple years now and I have never seen her do anything at all other than vape outside or play on her phone she's consistently trying to hit up my employees and I find that completely disturbing she's absolutely useless in any position and is t one of the worst to deal with at this establishment her boss is even worse I've went in and even written emails to her manager about her outlandish behavior and still nothing at all has been done to relinquish this behavior I do not recommend staying here under even the most extreme situation id rather sleep in my car in the middle of the interstate than have to even walk into this building. As for the hotel itself it's bare minimum and does not offer even the smallest of adminities it lists to have I have to ask for a coffee pot as I check in the internet is pretty much nonexistent and the customer service is at best trash
As for a clean room you can expect to have the very least done in any room to actually accommodate any form of cleanliness. So I highly recommend do not stay here I know for a fact me and my employees will never room here again when I first started it wasn't terrible now with different manager and new employees I'm sorry for anyone who has the privilege of working with Melissa or her manager or has to view them in person such terrible people to have anything to do with and they're attitude is beyond snobby and rude they are both very ill mannered and don't do anything for the establishment.
