Great service, great prices. Fast friendly customer service. I thing some of these reviews are from people dealing with internet addiction and if EOT goes down for any amount of time, they lose it. A couple months ago, a truck hit a pole, knocking out our internet and EOT was out in below freezing weather for hours getting it back up! Good job!

If I could rate lower than one star I would. Paying a ton of money just to have internet problems going on every week. Really setting the bar high as the best provider in EO lmao

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE This place is a complete scam and there lying about all these extra charges. I wish I would of seen the reviews on here before I ordered my services! They have a 2.5 rating. That tells you everything you need to know why pay these thieves for any services. There charging me for equipment I never took and they said they installed it and there also over charging me for months I didnt even use. DO NOT USE THERE SERVICES OR YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!!

We've had problems for months and they couldnt fix it, they ignore their emails and dont ever follow up on anything, when they suggested a fix by buying a new router, that didnt fix the issue, now our connection is down by a specific time for the past week 5-6 PM and lasts for hours.
If we had other companys that provided better service we would switch but we don't, I would have to move into town or into another city with better infrastructure. 55 dollars a month isnt worth this stress.
