Love this store! So many unique items. The staff is always very helpful and friendly. I'm moving to the east coast and am happy to know World Market is available where I'm moving.

Customer service is hit or miss. They were having issues with their system, returns and it seemed like it was lagging as I was checking out. Most employees Ive ever seen on the floor but they were trying to figure out the situation and assure/assist customers while it was going on.
At the back of the store though there were younger employees working/standing around gossiping and speaking very loudly. They were saying some things Im sure some people would take offense to but it didnt bother me other than the loud chatting/gossip.
Their clearance sale was exciting but other than that not much impulse by or good deals really.
OLD; I personally like going for all the snacks and candy. Also the spices and just their different food products because it's from all over the world. We took a friend here today and he got a arm full as much as we did, it has everything it seems. Worth a look for sure.
