Jan Bryant is past his time to be working in the tax industry. Jan doesn't know how to use basic communication for h and r block. Hanna lied about a tax pro being in a meeting and decided that she was going to lock the door before the posted hours. Athena claim they don't have a manager when I called but called me back 5 minutes later to give me her manager phone number. When I stated the obvious question that i just asked for a manger she was so unprofessional that she didn't answer and hung up on me. To be so embarrassed of your actions at your job that you need to hang up on a paying customer after you called them. You don't need to be in customer service. Corporate case number 19880174.

Jan Bryant(tax pro) is not responsive and will not call you back. He doesn't get back after messages have been left. He doesn't return calls or reply to emails. Hanna was so rude and locked the doors before the posted closing hours and lied about a tax pro being available. Athena lacks basic customer service to not hang up on people after she calls you. Customer service has gone down so much. I filed a case with corporate in February and the H and R block location keeps closing the claim, so they won't get in trouble. H and R block is going to lose customers because they lack basic customer service, and we have other options for taxes.

Are tax agent, Jan is very nice, friendly, and extremely knowledge professional. We have enjoyed his service over the last 3 tax seasons. I highly recommend using him for your tax services.

Not sure about other offices or agents. I had Vicki Cooper as my agent, in Grants Pass, OR. She's great at her job. Let her do her thing, and she'll treat you right. She's done my taxes from 2020-2023, and I'll keep requesting her as my agent, as long as she is employed with H&R
