Not bashing the employees but this store location has very poor management. Never enough workers, very slow per customer, expect to wait hours for your turn. It makes no sense. Would rather be charged for not returning equipment than to wait, my time is more valuable than that.

Honestly, the internet is fine. However, I recently moved to a new rental, and I worked with the landlord to set up utilities. They have spectrum cable at the house that they want to keep and pay for. We added internet to their existing account, which I pay for. When we were on the phone with customer service, we were quoted a price, and my landlord had a promotional flier that said "30$ for internet" (I forget how many mbps). The person on the phone said no problem. 30$ for internet.
When we got our bill, the internet cost breakdown said the following: internet 80$, promotion= -30$. Total cost of internet= 50$. When we called them to dispute the cost, they said that there is nothing that they can do. The person who told us 30$ probably meant 30$ off, as they don't offer 30$ internet. When we insisted they check the call recording we were told that it doesn't matter and our internet is 80 with 30 off for a total of 50$. Bait and switch dishonesty.
Last month, it was 50$ with a fee of 8$. If there was any other choice for where I am living I would get rid of spectrum.

They need a person dedicated to just taking equipment back. I went three times and was expected to wait in a line of at least 6 to 8 people. Why? It's just an equipment return. The young man the last time told me I had to wait because it wouldn't get done correctly and they would send me to collections. Called the SPECTRUM CS and they sent me a box and label for the return as we don't have an official UPS store here in GP
